NYA
Monday, October 15, 2012

The National Youth Agency (NYA) is seeking expressions of interest from local authorities for its Tailored Support packages.

Through its Routes to Success programme of work with the Local Government Association, the NYA has already worked with approximately 50 councils providing free consultancy, advice, training and peer support to help them adjust to the economic climate and address specific issues.

Tailored Support is centred on a number of specific issues, including:

  • Support in redesigning a council’s young people’s services
  • Enabling effective commissioning
  • Improving quality and cost effectiveness
  • Workforce development and redesign and/or reconfiguration.
